Are you an experienced CFO seeking your next challenge? I am looking to appoint a fully qualified ACA/ACCA Chief Financial Officer on behalf of my client based in West Hull, a fast growing successful organisation operating in the service sector. Hybrid working options are available.
THE ROLE:
The CFO will report into and work closely alongside the CEO and oversee all aspects of the company's financial success, strategically leading the financial growth strategies, actions and risks to maximise the value of the business.
The role is part of the senior leadership team and will take responsibility for providing trusted strategic financial advice, leading the finance function and delivering core financial responsibilities ensuring accurate accounting and budgeting, good financial governance, strong FP&A services, tax strategies, driving value, profitability improvement strategies and opportunities for internal growth and giving strategic financial oversight to acquisitions.
THE CANDIDATE:
As a fully qualified ACA/ACCA senior finance professional you will have previously held a CFO/Head of Finance/Group Finance Director appointment and will preferably have experience of working with private equity funded organisations and exposure to/experience of acquisitions.
Professional and with the highest standards of integrity, you have strong technical and leadership abilities combined with first class communication and inter personal skills.
Adept at strategic planning, you are looking for a challenging and rewarding role in a thriving culture whereby although plates are spinning all the time, people are valued and recognised for being the number one company assets.
THE COMPANY:
Entrepreneurial, inspiring, sector leading and innovative, my client operates in the service sector and is based in west Hull with easy access to the Humber Bridge and North Lincolnshire, A63 and onwards to the M18 for South Yorkshire and the eastern end of the M62 corridor. The East Yorkshire villages are within an easy commute, Doncaster approx. 40 minutes, York and Leeds approx. 1 hour.
