Joining Hungry Horse as an Assistant Manager is joining a family with over 20 market leading years in the industry. Our Assistant Managers are the key support to our General Managers, and to Hungry Horse's success. Whilst we are the biggest, our Assistant Managers are helping us become the best. We want to be as famous for our inspirational leaders, as we are for our warm welcomes and fantastic plates of food.

You'll also be part of the UK's largest Brewery and Pub company, Greene King, so you'll have so many opportunities to progress, and we will support you every step of the way.

Hungry for the challenge? Our Assistant Managers come from many different backgrounds. Perhaps you are already a successful Assistant Manager in hospitality, retail or other fast paced industry, or an established team leader ready for the next step.

About the role

The Longs Arms is a Hungry Horse in Trowbridge; the pub is unmissably located on a roundabout.

We are looking for a passionate and friendly Assistant Manager to join the team. You will support the General Manager and together develop the business to its full potential. We need someone who has a drive and hunger for success and thrives on positive team morale.
