Ambition Community Healthcare are a Leading provider of complex healthcare to Adults and Children across Norfolk and Suffolk. We are now in a position to add to our highly motivated friendly team at our head office location in Dereham, Norfolk.

We are recruiting for a Paediatric Branch Nurse, you will to oversee our packages of care within Norfolk and parts of Suffolk.

You will be working alongside our clinical team of both Adult and Paediatric Nurses, having clinical oversight of our Support workers working in the community.

Your role and responsibilities within the team will include the following:

  • Complete assessments for new potential packages of care
  • Write care plans and risk assessments
  • Train new support workers
  • Complete observation of practice and competencies with support staff
  • Regularly review your packages of care and follow up with clinical matters
  • Attend MDT meetings
  • Audit clinical paperwork including MAR charts
  • Reporting of any safeguarding's
  • Conduct Investigations / Disciplinaries

COVID-19 considerations:

Weekly covid testing for all staff

  • Experience working in complex care including tracheostomies, Spinal injuries and ventilation

Education:

  • Bachelor's (required)

Experience:

  • Nursing: 2 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

  • NMC Pin (required)

Part-time hours: 15-22.5 per week

Salary: £35,000.00-£38,500.00 per year
