As a Commercial Property Solicitor, you will be an integral part of our thriving Commercial Property team. You will handle a diverse caseload of commercial property matters, including acquisitions and disposals, leases, property finance, and development projects. Your Skills and Qualifications:

• Qualified solicitor (3-5 years PQE) with a strong background in commercial property law.
• Demonstrated experience in handling a variety of commercial property transactions, including leases, acquisitions, and disposals.
• A solid understanding of property finance and development projects.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to provide practical and strategic advice to clients.
• Strong negotiation and communication abilities to engage effectively with clients, colleagues, and external stakeholders.
• A proactive and client-focused approach, with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
