Digital Administrator

Role Purpose

This role is a 6 month contract and can be a full time or part time position.

The role will work closely with DAM team and Creative Digital teams to improve the discovery of and access to the library's digital and print collections through a variety of activities in metadata creation, application, enhancement, maintenance and troubleshooting.

The majority of the time work can be done from home with visits to our Burton office when required.

Key Accountabilities

  • Adding creative images and videos to the DAM system.
  • Acting as a point of contact for all teams as queries arise about the digital aspects associated with the Digital Asset management Platform.
  • Assisting in Maintaining the Asset library for all brand, sourcing and uploading relevant assets and removing old/irrelevant content.

  • Ability to multi-task and to work independently on multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong attention to detail
  • A team player with a positive and proactive attitude
  • Ability to establish positive working relationships
  • A genuine desire to work within the pub and restaurant sector

  • An understanding of how digital is used for marketing purposes.
