Job Description

Well-established, multi-sector law firm looking to recruit an experienced Corporate Solicitor into their Bury offices.

This respected, high-street law firm looks to recruit expert and ambitious staff who want to progress for the long term, which is why they offer excellent development opportunities and hands on support from Partners.

Within this role, you will be working in a highly qualified Corporate team who provide advice on a broad spectrum of Corporate matters. Your individual caseload may consist of mergers and acquisitions, private equity, joint ventures and equity capital markets.

You will be able to confidently assist and manage with more junior members of the team, can prioritise their time effectively whilst needing minimal supervision with tasks, is personable and has excellent communication and organisational skills.

The candidate will ideally have 2+ years PQE as a Corporate Solicitor, however, this role would also suit someone established in their field who is looking to work closer to home in Greater Manchester area.
