Key Responsibilities:
The role will be based in the NNH Metering team and will be based around entering meter readings and working from spreadsheets and to help improve our performance.
There will also be some work that is more technical, and flow based where flows are sent to third parties to deal with queries.
As with all our roles there will be an element of phone work where calls will need to be made to customers and third parties.

Ideal Candidate:

• Excellent IT Skills (7 internal systems used daily plus standard email, word, excel)
• Manage own workload, work well on their own initiative.
• Very confident with a professional and engaging telephone manner - will have a strong telephony background.
• Self-sufficient with an excellent attention to detail and strong accuracy.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
