Bringing experience of technical development within Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), you'll be responsible for managing audience creation for CRM programmes and personalisation activations. You will be responsible for ad-hoc post campaign analysis supporting the continual optimisation of the CRM comms strategy with the aim to drive acquisition, revenue, and retention of our loyal customers.
Your role
You will be working within our Decision Science and Analytics team, and very closely with stakeholders in the CRM and Loyalty team for Asda Rewards. You will proactively deliver best practises in end-to-end customer audience creation and customer targeting of multi-channel campaigns through our CRM platform and CDP, utilising email, push and in-app messaging as key channels through SFMC.
You will take briefs from internal stakeholders and make recommendations on the best use of data. You will have experience of building segments and automations in SFMC and setting up dynamic campaigns using AMPscript.
You will support tactical solutions for processing data to deliver campaign requirements, and act as data steward to ensure all data and segmentations are accurate and compliant.
You will be responsible for the reporting and the continual optimisation of CRM campaigns, providing recommendations for strategic developments for the CRM manager, ensuring we are maximising revenue as well as customer engagement including Open rates, Click Through Rates and Unsubscribe rates.
You will analyse and interpret CRM data to understand opportunities for improvement and implement testing plans to improve the results and relevancy of campaigns.
You will be a key member of the personalisation workstream to drive forward new data activations to enhance our comms and offers strategy.
You will collaborate and work closely with business teams, product teams and engineering teams to deliver key business propositions.
