Dynamic Parts is a fast growing company an specialized on car parts. We are seeking an ambicious e-commerce manager to oversee and monitor the performance of our dynamic and growing web-based business.

Qualifications and key skills:

eBay or similar online platform, marketplace experience
Leadership with ability to motivate and manage a small team.
Ability to work under pressure and within specified timeframes.
Multitasking skills.
Great written customer service skills (email and live chat)
Computer literate, with a high level of word processing skills.
Well organised and able to manage a demanding workload.
Able to work within a fast paced website environment.
Set an example for team members and organisation as a whole of commitment, work ethics and habits and personal character.
Attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

Providing first-class customer service e-mail and online platforms.
To plan, organise, manage and control the daily workload of the warehouse team.
To assist the Warehouse Operative in undertaking deliveries when necessary.
Ensuring all emails and enquiries are responded within a reasonable time frame.
Converting customer enquiries into retail sales.
Manage and oversee any customer issues or complaints.
Proactively answering and dealing with customer enquiries, providing information on products and services.
Understand the features of the systems used in the warehouse, being able to run the operation on a daily basis​.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £24,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
