eBay or similar online platform, marketplace experience

Computer literate, with a high level of word processing skills.
Well organised and able to manage a demanding workload.
Able to work within a fast paced website environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Providing first-class customer service e-mail and online platforms.
To plan, organise, manage and control the daily workload of the warehouse team.
To assist the Warehouse Operative in undertaking deliveries when necessary.
Ensuring all emails and enquiries are responded within a reasonable time frame.
Converting customer enquiries into retail sales.
Manage and oversee any customer issues or complaints.
Proactively answering and dealing with customer enquiries, providing information on products and services.
Understand the features of the systems used in the warehouse, being able to run the operation on a daily basis.
