Joining the Family team you would be working on a caseload of privately funded family law matters covering divorce, child abduction, forced marriages, change of name, domestic violence and more. Alongside this you would be expected to conduct your own advocacy too.
The firm are looking for a Chartered Legal Executive who has at least 3 years experience of carrying their own Family caseload. You must have experience of advocacy, strong drafting skills and the flexibility to attend court in different locations.
