If so, WeBuyAnyPhone is looking for a Finance Assistant to join our friendly and passionate team!

As a Finance Assistant, you will be responsible for a range of ledger responsibilities, AP, AR, payment runs, and reconciliations. You will work closely with our Finance Manager, Ledger Supervisor, and WeBuyAnyPhone leadership team to ensure the accuracy and consistency of our financial records, while also communicating with suppliers, customers, auditors, and regulatory bodies as needed.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Posting accounts payable transactions - invoices, credit notes
  • Reconciling supplier accounts
  • Processing payment runs - daily, weekly, monthly
  • Managing monthly credit card, chasing receipts, reconciling statements and submitting in Sage200
  • Raising and posting sales invoices
  • Daily submission disputing refunds and claiming commission back
  • Converting sales proforma invoice once payment received
  • Raising and recharging any sales invoices to our intercompany businesses when required
  • Reconciling bank statements
  • Producing monthly balance sheets
  • Assisting with month-end and year-end tasks
  • Updating and sending out daily KPI trackers to the management teams
  • Responding to queries and highlighting any issues in a timely manner
  • Providing ad hoc reports and support as needed.

Salary: £22,000.00-£25,500.00 per year
