Realizes the functional concept of solutions in a project by technical detailed solutions.

To provide technical support to both External and Internal Stakeholders which will also include design work, associated CAD generated drawings and technical documents as required by the Company.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Designs and engineers the solution down to detail to satisfy the specified requirements of the customer

• To support both internal and external stakeholders with technical enquiries for legacy and current Controls and
• Instrumentation products
• To produce CAD generated connector assembly and harness drawings
• To produce detail designs to comply with Company/Client specifications
• To produce detail drawings, fabrication drawings, schematics and parts lists
• To define and compile assembly procedures, installation procedures, maintenance procedures, FAT test procedures,
• qualification test procedures and technical data sheets.
• The position will be supported by an Applications, Senior Applications Engineer.

Your Profile

• Good basic engineering skills (experience of creating basic CAD drawings)
• Good basic knowledge of the basic principles of engineering with respect to mechanical / electrical systems (mechanical analysis, Forces,
• Moments, Stresses etc)
• Ability to prioritise work load, multi-task, work under pressure and to tight deadlines
• Self motivated, committed and flexible team player
• Good communication both written and verbal and confident to communicate at all levels internally and externally
• Customer focused whilst maintaining the business directives
• Awareness of the impact of your own behaviour on others and to modify your behaviour as appropriate to achieve results
• To display tenacity and determination to accomplish tasks irrespective of obstacles
• Ability to work autonomously or as part of a team
• To make quality decisions through evaluating all relevant data to reach an unbiased, logical and effective conclusion
• To set high standards of performance for one’s self within pre-defined objectives
