Graphic Designer / Print Art Worker - Leicester / WFH - up to £40K
A successful and expanding Retail Design Agency with a global presence are looking for a Graphic Designer to join them on a permanent basis. You'll have the chance to make a real impact within the company, they have plenty of new projects in the pipeline and work with some really well known brands such as Eurobike, Fuji-Film, Instax, Boots, Cassio, Next, Shark and many more!
The position will be based in Lutterworth, with flexible working hours and 2 days a week WFH.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience working in the Retail Sector either with Pop-ups, Product or Promotional Displays.
- Confident with Adobe Suite Packages such as InDesign, Photoshop or Illustrator
- Adobe After Effects will be beneficial but not essential.
The role:
- Designing engaging consumer displays and advertisements which tell a story, improves the customer journey and draws in custom.
- Working with clients to understand their requirements, showcasing your ideas.
- Contributing in team meetings, sharing ideas - be as creative as you want!
- Understanding Market Research and adhering to Brand / Retail Guidelines to provide the most relevant ideas for displays.
- Collaborating with the wider Design team to ensure brand fluidity in each project.
