Job Description

Challenge-trg are looking to recruit Grounds Maintenance staff to work in various locations around the Caerphilly County Borough.

This is a temporary seasonal position, working throughout the Spring and Summer months.

It is essential that candidates have experience of using grass cutting equipment including;

• Hedge Trimmers
• Petrol Strimmer's
• Ride-On Mowers
• Basic grass cutting tools

Ideally candidates should have;

• Driving Licence ideally Class 2 and trailer licence
• Trading certificates for compact and pedestrian mowers and a strimmer ticket

Candidates must also have their own means of transport as they will be required to travel to depots early in the morning before public transport begins.

Rate of pay varies; Pre 12 weeks £11.18ph; Post 12 weeks £11.39ph

Days Regular, Full-Time (Monday – Friday, 7am – 4:30pm)

Early finishes on Fridays.

Salary: £11.18-£11.39 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Caerphilly: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Licence/Certification:

• Driving Licence (preferred)
