Job Description

My client is a very successful international business, and due to career progression are hiring an HR Advisor for their HR Team. As an experienced HR Advisor you will be confident to support a Senior HR Business Partner on a wide variety of work within their business units, becoming a trusted advisor for Directors and senior managers.

This is a great opportunity for a talented HR Advisor to build on your HR career. Working in a highly successful and regarded HR team, you will broaden your understanding of the full employee journey and all the administrative and advisory work running alongside on boarding, development, wellbeing, international assignments and regular calendar of projects, such as annual performance appraisal and mid-year reviews and our promotion cycle.

  • Responding to day-to-day queries about people policies and processes.
  • Coach, train and up skill managers on Employee Relations and performance.
  • Manage the cyclical requirements of the employee life cycle such as annual salary and performance review process.
  • Manage all talent development and management initiatives such as succession planning, develop career paths and L&D initiatives.
  • Lead on employee global mobility, including relocation and Visa requirements.
  • Project management for wider HR projects

Experience

  • Experience working at an HR Advisor level within a fast-paced environment.
  • University degree or equivalent experience.
  • Good foundations managing employee relations with solid employment law knowledge.
  • Research issues, problems and trends and make recommendations.
  • Contribute to team projects providing administrative support, designing project plans and collating information and feedback.
  • Engage with senior managers to provide pragmatic advice and produce timely, good quality information.
  • Recognise best practice approaches and demonstrate good understanding of key employment legislation.
  • Deliver work to a consistently high standard with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Manage and interpret data.
  • Excellent written communication skills.
