This growing business are looking for a permanent Junior Accounts Assistant to join the business in Liverpool on a full-time permanent basis. This is an extremely exciting time to be joining the brand! They are looking for a Junior Accounts Assistant looking to kick start their finance career, no experience needed just a good attitude and willing to learn. Good excel skills required (vlook up/pivots) This role include study support. Hybird/flexible working and a company bonus.

Job Description

The Accounts Assistant duties include:

• Processing manual payments
• Purchase ledger payments - sending to group (supplier not been paid) / seen what dept is it (put on stop etc)
• Month end stuff - journals onto coins, reconciling balance sheet, reconciling completion statements, commissions.
• QTRLY cycles - cost to complete (finance review marketing reviews)
• Reports - customer care/build reports

The Successful Applicant

The successful Accounts Assistant MUST have include:

• AAT studier or Accounting Graduate
• Keen and willing attitude to learn
• Confident to speak with stakeholders
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
