Our platform connects customers and businesses with approved licensed waste carriers. Over 96% of items collected through our platform are recycled and diverted from landfills.

The ideal candidate is reliable, hard working and customer focused, who loves talking to people and proactively solving issues. You will be responsible for converting customers into passionate patrons.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers via phone, email and web chat.
• Converting warm leads into sales through a direct sales approach.
• Creating your own sales opportunities through the use of LinkedIn and cold calling.
• Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about our offering, pricing and availability.
• Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs.
• Data validation across multiple platforms.

Essential Skills/Requirements

• Energetic, enthusiastic, sales hunter mindset with desire and ability to deliver sales against targets set.
• Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
• Have an ability to build exceptional customer relationships and negotiate profitable transactions.
• Exceptional time management and organisational skills.
