The Aspire Training Team are currently looking for a hardworking individual to complete their Level 5 Early Years Apprenticeship with Little Beans Nursery on Garland Road in Poole.

Little Beans is a professional nursery providing day care for children from 0 to 5 years old.

They work within a stimulating and nurturing environment for the children in order to allow them to explore, learn and grow whilst feeling secure and ready to be challenged.

We are looking for someone very hands on and a team player as everyone at Little Beans works together to get the job done and to provide the best possible service for the children and their families!

Working hours will be 35-40 hours per week, flexible between 7.30 and 6pm.

Duties and Responsibilities will include;

• Managing the team
• Supervisions
• Staff training
• Rota’s for staffing
• Being the Duty Manager on site
• Opportunities to become DSL
• Overseeing the general running of the setting
• Supporting with children’s personal care
• Supporting children with feeding
• Planning activities with children
• Following and enforcing safeguarding procedures
• Following and enforcing health and safety procedures
• Must be willing to be hands on
