About Our Client

Based in Swinton, our client is a leading e-commerce retailer. They are looking for a Live Chat Agent to join their team on a 3 month basis.

Job Description

As a Live Chat Agent you will be:

  • Liaising with customer and suppliers via live chat platform/emails
  • Liaising with internal teams
  • Understanding the customer current situation and providing an appropriate solution
  • Working towards team KPI's

The Successful Applicant

To be successful in this role:

  • Experience within customer service using emails/livechat software
  • Strong customer focus
  • Self-motivated and enthusiastic
  • Excellent communications, both verbal and written
  • Ability to work well within in a team as well as independently
