As the NPI Change Management & Training Lead, you will coordinate with personnel throughout the global organisation to identify and implement improvements to the GNPI process. This role will support introducing new hires to the fundamentals of the GNPI process and act as an expert in change management and implementation.
Your goal / purpose will be to drive continuous improvement activities related to global NPI with a focus on simplification and ensuring global standardisation. You will also develop and deliver NPI training for the whole NPI community globally, as well as stakeholders from all relevant functions (Technology, Operations, Sales, Product Management)

Your responsibilities:
  • Drive the implementation of global NPI processes as a set of standards for programme / project managers and NPI project team members from all relevant functions (Technology, Operations, Sales, Product Management) globally, including communication and training of global NPI process improvements. This includes creation and delivery of training materials as well as coordinating resources to roll-out changes.
  • Work closely with the NPI Process Lead, Project Managers and others throughout the organisation to identify changes, amendments and opportunities for continuous improvement of the NPI process, skills and KeyedIn. Lead continuous improvement activities and develop the training strategy approach.
  • Lead training and implementation of new NPI tools and standards.
  • Review and assess suitability of training methodology using information gathered from feedback to assess effectiveness and inform training improvements.
  • Coordinate with the PMO team for support on training and change activities when required
Requirements for the role:
  • Professional Project Management qualification e.g. PRINCE 2, APM or PMI or Substantial experience of applying project management methodology, tools, techniques and terminology in complex, high risk, strategic programmes.
  • Solid understanding of principles of continuous improvement and successful change management
  • Significant experience coordinating, coaching and managing cross functional teams
  • Proven IT skills using software package e.g. Microsoft Office and SharePoint and Project management tools like MS Project and KeyedIn
  • Experience developing and conducting training (Desirable)
