Job Description


What you will do

  • Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the service engineering team
  • Developing the career potential of engineering staff and defining training requirements
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through maintaining health and safety and quality standards
  • Make sure that budgets are met by working closely with the sales team, effective work planning and timely communication with customers and main contractors

Qualifications


What we look for

  • Experience within Fire & Security industry is advantageous but not essential
  • Experience in people management with a ‘hands-on’ approach, sharing best practice
  • Key account management experience
  • Always deliver excellent Customer Service
  • Current UK driving licence
