Job Description
Bristol Haematology and Oncology Centre [BHOC] seeks an experienced and compassionate Practice Educator Facilitator [PEF] to support internationally educated nurses who have recently joined our healthcare team.

The PEF will provide guidance, training and support to these colleagues to ensure their success in a new setting. The PEF will conduct assessments to identify individual learning needs and develop personalised learning plans, providing clinical supervision and mentoring, including precepting and orientation to clinical units to ensure we successfully integrate our colleagues into the BHOC teams. The role requires a combination of clinical expertise, cultural sensitivity to the challenges faced by internationally educated nurses and excellent communication skills.
- Ensure colleagues are aware of, and adhere to, legal, regulatory and ethical requirements, professional codes, and employer protocols
- Ensure colleagues demonstrate safe, effective, autonomous, reflective practice
- Demonstrate best practice through utilising evidence through the appropriate use of clinical guidelines and research findings
