LBG Medical has been at the top of the medical market for manufacturing supportive orthoses since 1980 and supply to private clinicians as well as the NHS. We have expanded our operations into multiple countries and continue to grow rapidly. LBG Medical has two sister companies, Strive Footwear and Integrity Orthotics. Integrity Orthotics based in Seattle USA, is the premium foot orthotic company in the USA, supplying high end clinics across the USA and Canada. Strive Footwear develops its own range of premium comfort footwear based on the principles of LBG Medical. Strive Footwear sell internationally, regularly appearing on TV worldwide and has seen fantastic growth.

LBG Medical are looking for a Production Operative to work on our manufacturing line

The role starts off at minimum wage but increases as your training and assessment period is signed off. Once fully trained the role will pay £11.79 per hour with the opportunity to continue earning more through learning different sections of the manufacturing process.

This is a great opportunity to learn a new skill and make a genuine difference to peoples lives.

The vacancy involves:

• Grinding of plastics and rubber
• Cad Cam Design
• Using CNC Machinery
• Cutting product to correct size and shape templates
• Working with varying materials and fabrics
• Working within a team

• Good hand and eye co-ordination

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £10.42-£12.50 per hour
