Job Title: Recruitment Coordinator (Fixed Term Contract 1 Year)
Salary: £22,388.60 - £24,386.49 per annum
Hours: 37 hours per week
Campus: Gloucester

Gloucestershire Professional Services (GPS) is recruiting a Recruitment Coordinator to join the HR team based at Gloucestershire College.

Based primarily at the Gloucester campus, with the option to work from home for up to 2 days per week, this is a busy role where you will be supporting all recruitment and selection activities for permanent and temporary staffing requirements across the college.

The role will see you advertising positions, arranging interview assessments, sitting on recruitment panels, liaising with line managers on the recruitment and selection process and ensuring all recruitment and selection paperwork is of high quality and in line with keeping children safe in education guidance.

We are looking for someone who is highly organised, personable and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

You will need to build good relationships with line managers to ensure process adherence, working collaboratively to ensure the best outcomes for candidates and hiring managers.
