Recruitment Consultant - France Renewable Market

As a Recruitment Consultant you will be form part of the European Renewables Team, specialised in the France Region across Solar and Wind Energy. You will have the responsibility to grow and lead our client penetration across the France.

We are already training in the region and have several signed contracts and open requirements with clients. You will have the support of colleagues already based in France.

Full 12 week training programme and continued Learning and Development during your career at EWI.

Are you new to Recruitment?

The role is a gateway into a full recruitment sales position. You will be introduced to core phone based activities including candidate and client facing discussions. From this you will gain expertise in securing business, identifying opportunity, managing negotiations and making successful placements. Salary: Starting from £24,000 + commission (negotiable higher depending on experience)
