A bit about your role

You’re not alone as we’re all Team Players at PizzaLuxe. Be involved in the ‘theatre’ and help to educate our customers about our beautiful ingredients and menu. Make and serve delicious pizzas and give 100% to every customer.

Essential Requirements for Supervisor:

Excellent customer service skills with the ability to deal with customer complaints in a calm manner

The ability to put the customer at the center of everything we do.

Well developed organisational skills and able to plan, prioritise, multi-task and work quickly and efficiently, ensuring deadlines are met irrespective of conflicting priorities

Experience of working in a fast-paced environment, remaining calm under pressure

Ability to establish strong working relationships with colleagues from different functions and of diverse backgrounds

Good interpersonal and communication skills with ability to deal with enquiries.

Diplomatic, with the ability to deal with confidential matters discreetly .Meticulous attention to detail and a high standard of personal presentation and hygiene.

Able to work independently without daily supervision.

Previous Restaurant Supervisor experience advantageous.
