Job Title: Retail Sales Associate

Location: Newcastle, UK

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Retail Sales Associate to join our team in Newcastle. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Identify customer needs and recommend products and services
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor and stockroom
• Assist with inventory management and replenishment
• Participate in store events and promotions
• Meet or exceed sales goals

Requirements:

• Prior retail sales experience preferred
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule
• High school diploma or equivalent

Salary: £22,322.00-£23,190.00 per year
