Our client is looking to recruit a Front Office Administrator to join their team in Hove on an ad hoc basis (during school hours). The successful candidate will support the Managing Director and senior staff with administrative duties such as minuting meetings, updating finance sheets, overseeing diaries and calendars and much more.

Responsibilities

  • Administration duties for the MD and senior staff in the leadership team
  • Minuting meetings
  • Scanning and saving to the SharePoint
  • Mortgage paperwork filing in and setting up for signing
  • Updating finance sheets
  • Keep team holiday calendars etc updated
  • Chasing and collating information for lenders
  • Booking meetings and arranging meeting rooms
  • Overseeing MD’s diary
  • Ad hoc admin for X3 senior staff members
