We're looking for a passionate, experienced Senior Content Manager to shape campaign content plans, and work with our in-house creative community and agency partners to deliver innovative best-in-class, multi-channel campaign content and service levels to our internal marketing stakeholders. As the Senior Content Manager, you are responsible for building content strategies to meet segment campaign objectives, aligned to the overall brand content strategy, forging strong relationships with internal stakeholders, and delivering innovative content across online and offline channels.
Key responsibilities of the role:-

Development of content overlay to proposition roadmap, working with brand and segment trams to support campaign objectives

Actively shaping campaign content strategy, and management thereof to deliver of our core aims and objectives as defined by the brand and segment functions

Responsibility for managing content production budgets and contributing to the overall ROI evaluations

Support studio manager to assemble internal and external resources to deliver on campaign briefs, and oversee management of programmatic content

Act as brand guardian across all assets produced

Advocate, design and build joined-up content journeys for prospects and customers, aligned to the campaign objectives, using marketing automation platforms

Reviewing and sub-editing of all content to ensure relevance to audience, decision-making stage and brand tone

Keeping up to date with industry best practice and monitoring content activities of competitor websites

Creation of online nurture programmes to deliver on campaign objectives, including use of content management systems

Repurposing content for different mediums including social media and video.

Working alongside the social media manager to create content for the different social media channels.
Essential skills, experience and knowledge
-
Significant experience in a busy B2B agency or client-side role, developing digital content strategy, managing multi-channel content campaigns, and delivering world-class content efficiently and cost-effectively

Proven commercial skills, with ability to evaluate ROMI

Proven track record of working with internal and external studio teams

Demonstrable experience in developing copy for multiple digital channels

Previous experience of HTML and video-editing software would be an advantage

Previous experience of working with content management and marketing automation systems required
