We’re looking for a creative and dynamic individual with a passion for digital marketing to join our Marketing and Communications team at Orchard Care Homes Group. You will lead on the delivery of high-quality, shareable digital content & digital marketing plans.
You’ll be working across all areas of digital marketing, overseeing our content approach for paid, owned and earned social and our website. Your focus will be on editorial content planning and development across web and social; optimising paid search; overseeing online community management and acting as the guardian of the digital user journey, maximising SEO opportunities. You’ll enjoy AV production, and will work closely with the Brand side of our team and key agency partners to create video and photography content that achieves cut through and is optimised by channel.
The successful applicant will have solid experience in the delivery of digital marketing campaigns and activity across a range of channels. You will oversee 1 x Digital Content Executive, so previous line management experience or a proven ability to coach and develop others is essential. This multifaceted role means you’ll be involved with all areas of the organisation to ensure we maximise all opportunities to gather and produce best-in-class digital content, so a collaborative approach and the ability to engage, influence and inspire others will be key.
