Job Description

As social media coordinator, reporting into the Social Media Manager, you will live and breathe social, with your finger firmly on the pulse of what everyone is talking about on social media. You will get what makes great content and understand its value in marketing. With a love of fashion and social trends, you will bring an infectious energy to content creation as well as diligent attention to detail when it comes to measuring social content.

Salary for this role is between £23,000 and £25,000 depending on experience.

Flexible Working Policy
This role and the team are hybrid based out of Telephone House in Shoreditch, London. This role does have in-office expectations because of how we operate as a team and business, and although we’re really open to what those are and how they work, this team does require 3/4 days a week together in the office.
We regret that we are not open to fully remote applications right now for this reason, but what we can offer is a flexible working approach which can be discussed per role and a host of team cultural activities and treats in our office.

Requirements:
You Will:
  • Support with the day-to-day running of social media channels across Instagram, Tik Tok, Snapchat, Pinterest, YouTube, Facebook and Whatsapp.
  • Research and advise on the latest social media trends.
  • Monitor and manage the Threads social media communities, spotting ideas for future content and replying to comments.
  • Create and maintain ongoing competitor analysis to ensure Threads remains one step ahead.
  • Produce engaging content for distribution across digital channels, working with in house and external team members.
You Have:
  • Up-to-date with the luxury fashion brand landscape, fashion trends and designers.
  • Knowledge of global influencers and influencer management.
  • Knowledge of reporting and insight tools such as Google Analytics and Instagram insights.
  • Native use of social media platforms, specifically - Instagram, Tik Tok, Snapchat, Pinterest, YouTube, Facebook and Whatsapp.
