What is the role?
Team Leader. We are looking for passionate Team Leader’s to join our Starbucks Store based at East Midlands Airport. The position of the Team Leader will involve leading a team to ensure each shift is run with HMSHost & Starbucks core values in mind. You will develop your team by ensuring you coach and motivate each Barista to reach their full potential. As well as your Team Leading duties, you will also be greeting customers with a high level of customer service, preparing their favourite Starbucks beverages whilst following clear brand guidelines and ensuring all their needs are met.
