Swimming Pool Construction Labourer

About us
Chichester based Nautilus Pools LTD is the distributor and installer for the Waterair brand, in-ground swimming pools.
We have been constructing, refurbishing, repairing and maintaining swimming pools for domestic customers for over 20 years.
The Waterair brand has been established for over 50 years and has sold over 125,000 pools across Europe. Manufactured in modular form, these pools are very quick to install, very affordable and easy to maintain.
About you
You must be physically fit, reliable, able to think on your feet and enjoy working outdoors (regardless of the weather).
You must have a current full, clean, UK driving licence and be able to travel to work or a designated pick up point independently.
Your punctuality and good time keeping will be absolutely crucial for the smooth operation of our business.
You will work in a small team. Although most of the time you will have some senior supervision, you must have a strong work ethic, have a good natural ability for problem solving, be self-motivated and able to manage your own time.
Your role
You will be involved in assisting with all aspects of the swimming pool trade including;
- Some paving and basic landscaping work
- General labouring
The job is a full-time position, Monday – Friday with variable hours.
Specific experience within the swimming pool industry is not essential, as full training will be given to the right candidate. However, a knowledge of maintenance, electrics, plumbing, general building or groundwork would be of benefit.
As we are looking for someone willing to learn and grow with the business, there would be the opportunity of ongoing training for the right candidate to develop a varied range of skills.
Salary is negotiable, dependent on experience. The position will be subject to a successful trial day and a probationary period.
