Job Description

Vice President - Debt Advisory

• Origination
• Key deal team member managing the execution and supporting Directors/Partners on all aspects of the transaction.
• Supporting, managing, and training junior team members (analyst) throughout transaction process.
• Production of other bespoke modelling and client materials (e.g options papers, pricing analysis, covenant analysis).
• Managing the information flow and key process management documentation (NDA's, Release Letters, etc)
• Review and assess due diligence materials (i.e Financial DD, Commercial DD, Legal DD)
• Liaise directly with the client and key stakeholders (e.g lenders, lawyers, DD providers) throughout the transaction
• Preparation of marketing materials and maintenance of internal proprietary databases.

The Successful Applicant

Financial Services

Minimum of 4 years of Debt experience for VP position, currently in either Debt Advisory, Private Credit or Direct Lending
Must be proficient in PowerPoint (e.g. experience creating IM's or external presentations) and Excel financial modelling (i.e. LBO/covenant analysis/integrated 3 statement models).
Bachelors or Master's degree from a top university.
Additional qualifications such as CFA, ACA or MBA is helpful but not a pre-requisite.
