We are proud to be working with a global supplier of marketing materials who have a strong presence across the UK and Europe. The business work with a global network of customers across a range of different industries with over 200 employees working from 9 offices around the world.

At the forefront of the market, the business offer a number of different service levels from a basic package of unbranded print through to a full service design, print and distribution service.

They are now looking to add an Account Manager to their hugely successful sales team.

Job Description

Reporting into the Head of Sales, you will inherit a portfolio of 5/6 high profile customers with a varied annual spend, with the largest being £1m.

Some of your day to day responsibilities will include:

• You will be responsible for up selling, cross selling and being the main point of contact for your customer base.
• Achieve and exceed sales revenue within your customer portfolio
• Ensuring durable, commercially viable long term relationships.
• Customer service levels, such as OTIF, responsible times to customer touch points.

The Successful Applicant

To be successful in your application for the role of Account Manager, we are looking for the following experience:

• Proven track record in an Account Management capacity in a B2B environment
• Tenacious, confident, self starter
• Experience of managing a range of customer spend
• Ability to achieve/exceed sales targets
• Strong communication skills
