About the role

The Marquis is a Pub & Carvery venue, a complex business with a busy carvery offer, Wacky Warehouse, Function room, Sports Bar with Sky and a large external beer garden.
Due to the nature of the business, we are looking for an experienced Kitchen Manager with great leadership skills and passionate about both our core and carvery offer. You will be leading the kitchen team and help drive them to the next level with the correct skills and standards.
