Conrad Consulting are supporting a medium-sized studio in Glasgow as they look to recruit 2 Architects to join their busy practice.

Following a series of successful new projects commissioned to the studio, there is an opportunity for 2 people to join this thriving business and take real ownership of these schemes at an exciting time in their development.

Responsibilities:

• 
  Design and develop drawings and 3D models for new-build Residential and Commercial projects
• Manage and coordinate the project from initial conception to completion
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders involved in the project
• Ensure compliance with building regulations and local planning policies
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to other team members
• Assist in the preparation of tender submissions

Requirements:

• 
  RIBA/ARB qualification in Architecture
• Minimum of 5 years of experience working in an Architectural practice
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp
• Strong design skills and ability to communicate ideas visually
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong technical knowledge - Experience in developing Stage 3 & 4 detailed packages.
• Knowledge of UK building regulations and local planning policies
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure
