Location

This role is based out of our London office, with frequent travel across the UK.


Travel Requirements

Due to the nature of travel involved in this role, a full clean drivers license is required.


Internship Duration

This role will be a Summer internship that will run from the start of June until the end of August.


What You’ll Do

As a Brand Activation Intern for White Claw you will be responsible for the delivery of our summer marketing calendar including festivals, sampling & events. This will include but isn’t limited to bar production, ensuring that White Claw has presence across all festival touch points (bars, food outlets, backstage & artist areas), delivering sampling objectives onsite, brand ambassadorship, training staff on the perfect serve and reporting back across festival activity. As well as owning the White Claw Whip experience over summer.

Additional key responsibilities include:

Festivals / Events

  • Support the activation of all our festival and event partnerships this summer.
  • Assisting with the setup and stocking of the White Claw owned bar activation
  • Responsible for POS advertising & price point placement on all festival bars.
  • Training all festival bar staff on the perfect White Claw
  • Test purchasing at bars over weekend and giving incentive prizes to bar staff.
  • Ensure all bars remain stocked & assist with refilling coolers where necessary.
  • Distribute coolers to artist dressing rooms, back & side stage areas
  • Support sampling objectives according to brand strategy across all festivals, recording volume and driving consumer uptake.

Brand Ambassadorship

  • Representing the White Claw brand positively at all times.
  • Assisting in content creation across all events.
  • Generating awareness of White Claw to all consumers via word-of-mouth, trial and distribution on site
  • Working with the On & Off Trade to own the White Claw Summer

What You’ll Bring

  • Fluent in English
  • Studying or completed an undergraduate degree
  • Knowledge about hard seltzer and experience in the bars / drinks business.
