We’re looking for a strategic, customer centric individual to lead the end to end design and delivery of critical Airport Resolution Centre programmes and initiatives.

As a key member of the Airport Resolution Centre Leadership Team, you will be integral to the ARC proposition and will need to work collaboratively across Heathrow, Worldwide Airports and wider British Airways stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will be customer focused and enjoy working in a fast paced, dynamic environment. They will be resilient with excellent influencing and stakeholder management skills to enable the successful delivery of programmes and initiatives to benefit the customer.

Key accountabilities include:

  • Leading the delivery of ARC futures, with a strong focus on robust implementation
  • End to end delivery of long term ARC strategic projects & initiatives, through collaborative working with the ARC Leadership team
  • Coordinate with key internal stakeholders on business cases, financial approvals and implementation plans
  • Key driver in delivery of transformational change in ARC
  • Maintaining strong stakeholder relationships across key teams within British Airways including Finance, Operational Planning and IAG as well as external partners and suppliers
  • Develop and maintain productive working relationships with Trade Union representatives
  • Exploiting technology to improve the customer experience and drive efficiencies and better ways of working
  • Deputise for Head of Airport Resolution Centre when required.
