We are looking for a registered care manager who has previous care manager experience managing a domiciliary care service, a passion for great customer service and team development, as well as being a hands-on leader, you would have a proven track record of service development as well as leading branch and care teams. The role would suit a current Care Manager, or a Deputy or Care Manager who is ready to support the company in the start-up process to begin operating within the Glasgow area. You will be given all the necessary resources to support the business on a part time basis (hours are flexible and will be finalised once the contract is agreed)
A care manager has many roles; however, there should be a focus on supporting our care assistants and service users, through their employment and care journey, making sure the care service and employment experience is of the highest possible standard.
About the role:
● Ensure quality and consistency is maintained throughout the service
● Build and maintain excellent working relationships with staff, service users and external stakeholders
● Provide mentorship and support to community and branch staff
● Oversee the service ensuring quality and compliance
● Carry out supervisions and appraisals
● Promote staff retention
We have part time, full time and flexible hour positions available.
