Your responsibilities

The job of a Cash Office Sales – in-Store Admin comes with a wide range of responsibilities and lots of rewards.

Your to-do list includes:

  • Ensuring the store adheres to the company accounting, payroll and cash handling policies and procedures to comply with legislation and prevent losses.
  • Completing all cash handling and accounting requirements in a secure, accurate and timely manner
  • Adapting to any new policy or procedure changes and communicate to colleagues
  • Preparing the cash points with correct floats, stationary and perform required cash lifts and you ensure that the end of day routines are supported
  • Keeping a tidy and organised back of house, following safety and security requirements and partners up with the Store Manager to ensure the store’s compliance with all cash office routines for & Other Stories audit
  • Ensuring that the whole team is up to date and well trained with relevant news and changes
  • Analysing and communicating all-important KPI’s for the store performance such as conversation rate, customer satisfaction etc.
  • Providing excellent direct and indirect customer service according to & Other Stories standards on the sales floor, in the fitting room and at the cash point

Qualifications


You have previous in-Store admin experience and an inspirational and motivating leadership approach who works well in an ever-changing environment where customer service is key. Analytical and proactive talent, a cost-conscious mind-set and the ability to interpret numbers is a must. You train and inform employees about routines for cash office, cash desk and security as well as handling payroll calculations. You set an example with a straightforward communication skill and ability to create an open atmosphere that allows the group of creatives to grow. Basic computer knowledge is required, and English is a necessity.
