Spirehouse are recruiting for a Commercial Property Solicitor on behalf a long-standing Lancashire law firm, on a part-time hybrid working basis.

The role can be based out of any of the firm’s offices in Lancashire.

The Opportunity:

The firm, who have an excellent reputation locally, are seeking an experienced individual to assume responsibility for a stimulating caseload, benefitting from a steady stream of referrals and the support of a Legal Assistant.

You will manage a varied caseload of sales and acquisitions, leases, licenses, landlord and tenant, easements and development matters, with values typically ranging up to £3million.

• At least 5 years’ experience in autonomously managing a caseload
• Good IT skills if hybrid working
