The successful candidate will have proven experience as a contracts manager with in-depth understanding of construction and landscaping procedures.

Contracts / Project Management, including site programs, progress reports, site inspections, cost analysis and all estimating on construction and landscaping projects.
Ensuring that the project is delivered on time, to budget and to the required quality & regulative standards
Procurement of materials to within the agreed budget.
Ensuring variations are costed, agreed and adhered to, in writing and in line with the project plans.
Ability to manage multiple projects and conflicting deadlines.
Liaison with clients, supervision of assigned contractors.
Resolving cross-functional issues across multiple sites.
On-site Health and Safety Management (RAMS), including initial H&S documentation preparation, including Construction & Landscaping Phase H&S Plan & Toolbox talks.
