Reporting directly to VP of Accounting, the EMEA controller's main activity will be to:

• Assist the VP of Accounting in all the accounting cycles of the EMEA region:
  • Lead the monthly accounting close process for EMEA
  • Work with auditors to complete financial and other compliance audits
  • Maintain the statutory books and ensure compliance and filing for tax jurisdictions
• Work closely with the global FP&A team to explain variances and ensure accurate reporting
• Assist in preparation of budgets and forecasts of the EMEA HQ entity.
• Assist in the integration of EMEA financial systems
• Work with key leaders in EMEA to drive business performance
• Ensure adequate financial controls are in place
• Oversee Collections and payables functions and ensure efficient accounting operations

• Fluent in English and German
• 3+ years experience building an accounting function that has scaled and evolved with growing organizations and organizations with 30+ salespeople.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
• Experience with NetSuite preferred
• CPA or European equivalent
• US GAAP knowledge
