A Conveyancing Assistant is wanted for a fantastic law firm based in Wilmslow- Cheshire. Applications are invited from Conveyancing Assistants looking for an opportunity to utilise their skills and move their careers on in a supportive working environment. Salary is upwards of £18K and £24K negotiable, depending on experience and comes with excellent benefits.

The successful Conveyancing Assistant will join a busy, friendly team of 8 assisting the Fee Earners or team with direct admin support. Looking after terms of business/ID checks/Supporting Fee Earners, running completion statements, task based role but could progress to a Fee Earner role for the right ambitious candidate.

The successful candidate would:

Be a LPC graduate/LLB graduate or Legal Assistant in Conveyancing with 6 – 12 months experience
Law background
Conveyancing experience beneficial

No training contract offerings at the moment, but if work hard as Paralegals, always a place to progress.
