Full service, regional law firm looking to recruit an experienced Conveyancing Assistant in their Chester office.

Sacco Mann has been instructed on a Conveyancing role to support the Director of Conveyancing within the Real Estate team in Stockport.

Your responsibilities for this role may include:

• Liaising with clients
• Keeping data and case management system up to date
• Document Preparation
• Prepare the completion packs
• Deal with post exchange matters as directed your team manager
• Be responsible for completions of conveyancing transactions
• Any other administrative duties required to assist your team

This is a fantastic opportunity to gain 1:1 experience and work directly with the Residential Conveyancing Partner. The successful candidate will ideally have previous experience in Conveyancing, is well organised, has excellent client care, time management and communication skills and is looking to develop a long-term, successful career within a well-establish legal practise.
