A great opportunity has arisen in Leicester for a Corporate Solicitor to join one of the Midland's leading law firms in a highly experienced, busy corporate team.
The East Midlands has been targeted as an area of growth for the firm and hence there has been an increased number of opportunities within Leicester giving you a great opportunity to join a firm that is on the rise.
Their client base ranges from regional SMEs to large national corporations and has particular expertise in the energy, healthcare, education, banking and logistics sectors.
Our client deals with high value work from high profile clients with a long history on advising on a number of complex multi-million pound deals.
You will join a vibrant and expanding corporate team working on a broad range of corporate matters including share and business acquisitions and disposals, group re-organisations, investment agreements shareholder agreements, and providing a general corporate advisory service to a wide range of clients.
The ideal candidate should have past experience of developing business and exceptional client skills. You should be able to hit the ground running whilst managing your own case load effectively. There will also be the opportunity to work alongside senior solicitors on more complex cases.
The firm are looking for a Legal Director however they are open to applications those who are NQ+. This is a great opportunity for someone who would want a fast track to partnership!
