• Be able to deal with complex customer service queries effectively and efficiently
• Liaise with internal stakeholders within the business where necessary
• Support team leader and manager on staff comms
• Building strong and lasting relationships with our new and existing customers.
• Logging all customer contact onto our CRM system to ensure an effective audit trail is kept
