A leading international manufacturer of yellow goods are looking for an experienced demand planner to join an expanding supply chain team. Reporting to the materials planning manager, the candidate will act as a lynch-pin between the sales, logistics, and production.

As part of the inventory planning team, you will play a critical role in making sure all necessary stock and machines are available at the right times to meet production demand, ensuring that manufacturing can take place with minimal errors. Organisation, communication, and a strong understanding of demand planning within a manufacturing environment will be key.

To be successful in this role you will have:

• Commercial experience as a demand planner or similar position
• A good understanding of forecasting
• Comfortable with planning software (ERP)
• Strong analytic background in order to identify and resolve stock issues quickly
• Stakeholder management skills and strong communication
