Overview

JRD Innovations Ltd are looking for an E-Commerce manager/senior E- commerce Executive depending on experiences for our new B2C business. This is an exciting opportunity to join a busy and fulfilling role that plays an important part in our business. You are required to have at least 4 years of solid experience in Chinese retail eCommerce, with thorough knowledge of Chinese social media, KOL, livestreaming, and digital marketing. Mandarin speaking and Chinese writing is required for this role. You will be report directly to the company director.

Responsibilities:

• Day to day management and operation to all our B2C website activity.

• Develop and implement eCommerce strategy to improve website performance and sales.

• Work with marketing team or manage digital marketers to improve website quality and traffic acquisition.

• Data analysis and devise data driven strategies.

• Work cross functionally to optimise and enhancement to the online offering and consumer experience.

• Oversee and directly manage digital marketing channels.

Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:

• Senior level – at least 4 years of solid experience in Chinese retail eCommerce

• Define and drive the strategy.

• Data driven, analytical, innovative, with can-do altitude.

• Leadership, management, and teamwork skills.

• Confidence in traffic analysis, reporting tools and optimisation, and directly report to company director.

• Deep understanding of Chinese social media, KOL, livestreaming, and digital marketing.

• Mandarin speaking and Chinese writing.

Nice to haves:

Broad experience of attribution modelling, website speed optimisation, conversion management, sales journey optimisation.

Strong Marketing/Tech background, with experience managing marketing team and liaising with tech team.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £35,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
